Privacy policy

Let's go Türkiye is a licensed travel agency operating under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (TURSAB member). When you book a package, a stay, or a service with us, we act as the controller of the personal information you share.

We keep it to the essentials needed to book and run your trip:

• Your name and the names of everyone travelling with you.
• Contact details: phone number and, if you give it, email.
• Passport details (number, expiry, nationality) when a booking or e-visa needs them.
• Trip details: dates, number of guests, and any special requests you send.

We use your information to confirm your booking, arrange hotels, transfers, and visa support, and to reach you before and during your trip. We do not use it for anything you have not asked us to do.

We do not store card numbers. Payment is arranged with you directly over WhatsApp once your trip is confirmed, so sensitive payment details never sit on our website.

Your booking information is held in a secured database (Supabase) with access limited to our team. Messages you send us travel through WhatsApp and are also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

We share details only with the suppliers needed to deliver your trip, such as hotels, transfer partners, and visa processing. We never sell your information, and we never share it for advertising.

We hold your booking records while your trip is active and for as long as the law requires us to keep them afterwards. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to remove your data sooner.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we will sort it out, usually within a few days.
