Accessibility statement.

We want everyone to be able to browse and book a trip with us, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control.Last updated October 2026

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test with automated checks (axe-core and Lighthouse) and by hand with a keyboard on the main booking journeys.

How far we have got

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Things we know about:

  • The animated balloon scene on the homepage is decorative. It is replaced by a still photo if your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Some photos are shown inside decorative shapes. Every meaningful photo has a text description; purely decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
  • Our staff and partner-agency portals have not yet had a full manual accessibility review.
  • Some pages link to WhatsApp, which has its own accessibility features and limits.

Accessibility on your trip

Some places in Türkiye are hard to reach with limited mobility. Our booking terms explain what different itineraries involve. Tell us what you need before you book and we will be honest about what we can adapt.

Tell us first so we can put it right. If you are in the UK you can also contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). In the EU, your national accessibility or consumer authority can help.
